After earning a Liberal Arts degree in Sociology at Washington State University, Justin's diverse employment experiences laid the groundwork for his ultimate career path. As a concierge, retail clerk, stock broker, Sega Gameplay Counselor, and investment advisor among other things, Justin sought to strike the elusive balance between an enjoyable and financially stable career. During one stint selling Long-Term Care Insurance to senior citizens with deteriorating health, Justin was struck with the importance of improving the quality of one's life early on so as to NOT count on insurance in one's advanced years.

With a renewed interest in improving his own health and his wife's, Justin began to spend time researching how the organic foods he ate as a child can actually support optimum health. He soon became aware of the differences he felt in his reactions to food, feeling far better when he ate more natural foods. And so began his continued interest in better health through better nutrition. Justin believes that just because it's healthy, doesn't mean it doesn't have to taste bad! Justin was recently introduced to the methodologies of such holistic health leaders as Paul Chek and became inspired to further learn. Having earned his certification as a CHEK Corrective Exercise Coach, Justin is motivated and share this important knowledge with others who are in turn motivated to benefit fully from the concept of health.
