Sam Visnic's passion for health and fitness began at the age of 13 when he started weightlifting,
with his interest growing exponentially by virtue of his avid participation
in competitive sports throughout high school. Upon becoming a personal trainer and weight loss specialist
at one of the top fitness centers in the U.S. just following high school, Sam knew
he found his purpose. He quickly proceeded to immerse himself in studying everything
he could get his hands on in the fields of athlete performance training and
physical conditioning.

When he noticed how much the structural condition of his clients impacted their
results, Sam sought to expand his understanding of the body through the International Sports
Science Association (ISSA) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). While working with
an increasing number of clients facing more difficult health challenges, Sam recognized that
in order to help clients get the bodies they wanted externally, he needed to help them
improve their health internally. That's when he found Paul Chek, founder of the C.H.E.K Institute.
He has since worked his way through the Institute's rigorous programs to become a Level III CHEK
Practitioner and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, while separately earning his credentials as a
Licensed Massage Therapist, an intern in the St. John method of Neuromuscular Therapy,
and a top Strength & Conditioning Professional.
Through his studies and internships with leading rehabilitation and strength training
experts, Sam has learned to integrate various healing modalities into his practice
with outstanding success. His in-depth physical assessments and individualized programs
deliver results to even the most "difficult case" clients.
Sam is an expert in the fields of Human Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Orthopedic
Evaluations, Neuromuscular Clinical Massage, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. His expertise
at designing corrective exercise programs produces results both
in the rehabilitative and sports performance settings. His popular DVD,
End Your Back Pain Now! uses the system he has successfully
implemented with hundreds of clients with chronic pain.
As a published author, Sam's articles can be found amongst the
pages of Volleyball Magazine, Santa Barbara Fitness Magazine, and Women's Basketball
Magazine. He is also a contributor to many online e-zines and websites such as
Bodybuilding.com, Protraineronline.com, and Dolfzine.com. In addition, Sam can
often be found sharing his vast repertoire of knowledge in educational health seminars
throughout Los Angeles.
